Welcome to this the new website for the Raj Tandoori Restaurant. This site is designed in the hope that it will be of interest to those already familiar with the fine Indian cuisine and great atmosphere of the Raj and to introduce it to those who are not in the know yet.

This stylish Indian Restaurant is situated in the heart of the City of Bristol, just a few doors away from the world famous Old Vic in King Street and only a short walk from the Hippodrome and the Colston Hall.

The Raj was established in 1981 and has become a by word for high quality Indian Cuisine. The quality of the fare is complemented by the unique decor and friendly service. There is a party room which comfortably seats thirty. The entire restaurant is air conditioned ensuring comfort.
